Kilmarnock Aquatic Swimming Lessons (K.A.S.L.)
The KASL swimming lesson programme is designed to not only produce confident swimmers but also to provide KASC with their next generation of swimming talent. It provides a directly pathway into KASC for those who wish to continue with their swimming into the competitive side of the sport and have shown promise during the lessons.
KASL run the following classes (each class is 30 minutes) at the following times:
Beginners
Thursday @ 6pm, 6.30pm, 7pm, 7.30pm
1st Improvers
Thursday @ 6pm, 6.30pm, 7pm, 7.30pm
2nd Improvers
Thursday @ 6pm, 6.30pm, 7pm, 7.30pm
Intermediate
Thursday @ 6pm, 6.30pm, 7pm, 7.30pm
Advanced
Thursday @ 6pm, 6.30pm, 7pm, 7.30pm
For the swimmers who wish to join the club KASL and KASC run a pre-club training lane (Thursday 6pm and 7pm – 1 hour class) which is the bridge between the KASL lessons and KASC. This is specifically for swimmers who want to compete and who the teachers feel have the potential to be a competitive swimmer.
