Instructions for setting up your account

You will receive an email from SportsEngine ([email protected]) on behalf of KASC.

Open the email and click on CLAIM ACCOUNT.

Enter your first and last name exactly as provided to the club secretary. This is the name of the account holder/parent/guardian. The swimmer’s details will be entered later.

Enter your date of birth in the American format: MM/DD/YYYY. Enter your mobile number.

Create a secure password with at least 8 characters, 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number or symbol. 

Once your account is set up, the club's software will open in your browser. It’s easier to continue the setup in the app below.

Download and login to the “SportsEngine Motion” app

Step 3:  Add Payment Details

In the app, press the 3 lines at the top left and select My Finances. 

Select Wallet and then Add Credit/Debit Card and follow the prompts to authenticate your card.

Step 4: Club Agreements

Tap the three horizontal lines in the top left corner, then select Membership > My Account.

Under the Agreements tab read and sign each agreement. If you don’t see this option please close and reopen the app. If the issue persists, contact the club secretary for assistance.

Tick “I have read and agree” for each agreement, then press Save. 

You wont get gala invites until these are signed.

Step 5: Verify and Update Member Details

Go to the Members tab, select your child, and check that all details are correct. 

Click Edit, then navigate to the Medical tab. Enter any relevant medical information, including any medication and click save.

Add Emergency Contacts in the My Account section by selecting the profile tab and clicking Edit. Under the Medical tab, enter the details of two emergency contacts, then press Save.

Your account is now fully setup.
